It’s generally something that people struggle with and I feel the current situation has made it even harder.
We no longer have traditional separation between work and ‘non-work’ and so now, more than ever, it’s up to us to set sufficient boundaries that enable us to switch off when we want.
If you can do this successfully, your evenings and weekends will remain your own. If, on the other hand, you let boundaries and transitions become too vague, you may soon notice it’s hard to maintain your motivation, that your sleep starts to suffer and you may also lose your (often fragile) sense of balance.
So this stuff is important.
